Simply leave your wish list in the order notes during checkout. Tell us your favorite colors, themes, or item types (e.g., “squishy toys,” “cute hair clips,” “gel pens”). We can’t promise every item will match your list, but we’ll do our very best to make your surprise as close to your dream as possible.

A: All sales are final. Because each scoop is a surprise and made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

A: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
15. Can I cancel or change my order?
A: You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, all orders are final and cannot be changed or canceled.
16. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
